Sullivan and Schnittker have five users on a POP email system. One of the attorneys in the office spends time in another office in Phillipsburg, KS. The attorneys calendar is shared by a receptionist and the other attorney. 

Technical situation

The receptionist only needs access to office calendars. One of the Attorneys has a Blackberry phone. Over the air appointment synchronization is a must to ensure appointment information is up to date. The PCs a mix of Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and 2007.
